ABOUT USChoice Rehab, A Division of Nathan Jackson, PLLC, is a rehab management, staffing, and consulting firm. We specialize in providing therapy and nursing staff for the acute and long-term acute care hospital. Our entire management team is composed of licensed, practicing clinicians.
OUR APPROACH
We believe each client has unique needs based on patient population and geographic staffing challenges. We determine the necessary benefits and salary packages to retain the optimum personnel via direct interaction with competing employers in the region. This allows us to ensure long-term retention of the BEST providers, and appropriate staffing ratios for every facility. Our staff reports directly to the client via an on-site division leader. We view both the client and the patient as our primary customer. Our goal in each case is 100 percent satisfaction of our patients and our clients.
